Cake Decorating

Well the cake decorating side of me just sort of evolved.

Mainly because I started making birthday cakes for the kids.

I have never been to a decorating class in my life all what I do is by trial and error, sometimes I think TRIAL isn't a strong enough word for it, haha.

So have been doing it now for 18 years, thank goodness as time has gone along, my skills have improved somewhat, or I wouldn't have carried it on.

I get a LOT of enjoyment out of designing the cakes and seeing the end result, but it has to be just right or it's back to the drawing board time, haha.

My favourite cakes are what I call themed cakes, such as a keen gardener or strippers etc.
